WINEMAKING This premium California Rosé was enhanced with 7% natural lemon juice, mixed gently and cold settled for 7 days to allow the pulp to settle out. The wine was then racked off the pulp and filtered, followed by a final cross flow filtration. This finished blend was then moved into a custom made, Charmat bottling tank where it was lightly carbonated prior to being bottled under pressure.
TASTING NOTES Summer notes of watermelon, peaches and strawberries compliment a bright citrus pop from the natural lemon juice. The persistent bubbles and 8% alcohol level complete this refreshing, zesty release.
